You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from Dollr. We are committed to complying with data protection regulations and honoring your privacy rights.

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove your personal information from our systems, subject to legal and operational requirements.

When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information and profile data
• Transaction history and spending data
• Financial insights and reports
• Chat history and conversations
• Preference and settings data
• Any other personal information associated with your account

In certain circumstances, we may be required to retain certain information for:

• Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Fraud prevention and security purposes
• Dispute resolution and legal claims
• Technical support and troubleshooting

Any retained data will be kept only for as long as legally required and will be securely stored with limited access.

To request the deletion of your data, you can:

• Contact us directly through WhatsApp by sending a message requesting data deletion
• Email us at privacy@dollr.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
• Include your phone number and any additional information to help us identify your account

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when your data has been deleted.

Once you submit a data deletion request:

1. We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
2. We will review your request and identify all data associated with your account
3. We will permanently delete your data from our active systems
4. We will remove your data from backup systems within our retention period
5. We will confirm the completion of the deletion process

Please note that complete deletion from all systems may take up to 30 days, and some data may persist in backups during the retention period.

Before requesting data deletion, please be aware that:

• Your account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered
• All your historical financial data will be permanently lost
• You will lose access to all Dollr services and features
• You may need to create a new account if you wish to use Dollr again
